我是来自北京第22中学的王楷，今年16岁。我非常荣幸能够当选北京的青少年气候大使，这使得我曾有过的很多想法都能得以付诸现实，对我来说非常珍贵。我一直十分关注环境问题，尤其是气候变化问题。随着英语水平的日益提高，我也获得了许多和外国友人探讨环境问题的机会。我一直认为行动是解决问题的最好办法，所以我便找到开展了研究校园内水力发电的项目，虽然我们有很多困难，虽然前路困难重重，但我坚信，我们会成功的。若说我参加这项活动的目的，那就是为了我们能有一个更好的生存环境。

Beijing No. 22 Middle School
My name is Wang Kai, I come from No.22 Middle School. I am 16 years old. I feel
great honor to be chosen as one of the Beijing Young Climate Change Awareness
Ambassadors, which makes many of my dreams could come true. It's precious for
me. I keeps paying close attention on environment problems, especially about climate
change. I also gain more chance to discuss environmental problems with foreign
friends since my English became more advanced. I always tell myself that actions
are better than talks, that's why I began my study on hydro power generation by
waste water collected on school campus. Though we have encountered lots of difficulties,
and might face many more in the future, I'm sure that we will succeed. If you
ask me why I participate at the Climate Cool Green Your School Project, my answer
is simply that for us to have a better world to live in.
