Remark: The IELTS test result is valid for 2 years after the test date and we will not provide extra TRF service beyond the period of validity.

Mailing Service Options and Postage:

• Pleaser refer to the List of Electronic TRF Recognising Organizations (Excel), if your receiving organization is in the list, we will send the extra TRFs via electronic data transmission. Regarding the way how your electronic TRF is received, please visit the IELTS global website http://www.ielts.org/mediacentre/article287.aspx
• If you choose to send your extra TRFs by air mail, we will pay the postage.
• If you still wish to send your extra TRFs by express courier service (DHL or EMS), please bear the courier service costs yourselves (see the below courier fee table).
• The postage does not include the extra TRF service fees.
• Please pay all relevant costs before filling in the on-line extra TRF application form.

• Please note that all the courier charges are only for your reference. EMS international education express courier service is unavailable in the Southern China Region for the time being and the service starting date will be announced later on.

Payment Method:

• Please submit the payment either by postal remittance or by paying cash in our office. Please do not enclose cash in your application.
• The East China Test Region only accepts postal remittance
• The South China Region does not accept cash payment between 12:00 to 13:30
